Suri to achieve his "Dream" of having his own Restaurant in Indore, having grown in the hotel and restaurant industry from a very early age in life got to learn very minute skills required for making Fabulous Food. The Tadka was Started to build a own brand and need not switch the venues all the time, to give everyone a single spot for Great Food.
